Message	my turbo seal is starting to leak oil. I am looking for new turbos and don't want to spend over about 4,500. I have strongly considered the td-04 turbos from greddy. i have also though about just having new stock turbos put in as i know spool up will be a lot quicker. I need to know any information possible about the td-04 turbos. I want to achieve about 400 rwhp or so. Any info on any turbos would be greatly appreciated. thanks
